Most cervical cancers are caused by human papillomavirus or HPV, and screening for HPV can help identify women who may be at risk of developing cervical cancer. The US Preventive Services Task Force recommends screening for cervical cancer with cervical cytology every three years for women ages 21 to 29. “Most cervical cancers are found in people who have never had a cervical cancer screening test or who have not had one recently. Screening for cervical cancer remains important because early cases often may not have signs or symptoms. Cervical cancer is treated in many ways, including surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy.

Practically, it's about so much more — and CEOs these days are being held accountable for more than profits. There's also the notion of social justice — which often sees CEOs encountering criticism when they speak up on culturally sensitive issues, or facing blowback if they stay silent. Brands like Disney, Target , Bud Lite and North Face face consequences for expressing a view, including boycotts, online protests, and threats of violence. It's OK to avoid constantly getting into the fray; instead, pick moments that enforce the company's values. When CEOs do decide to take a public stance, Eber said that their PR teams are there to help.

Insider spoke with one former and four current VMware employees about the changes they expect to face once they are owned by the chipmaker Broadcom. On Wednesday, he dropped a surprise “final collection” (according to a news release) in the form of three short videos by the photographer Steven Klein. The videos came unaccompanied by any statement, and Mr. Ford declined requests for comment. Neither Estée Lauder nor Zegna, which has the license for Tom Ford fashion, could be reached for comment. Still, the collection answered the question that had been hanging over the brand since its sale in November: Would Mr. Ford stay or go? Rumor has it that Peter Hawkings, Mr. Ford’s longtime men’s wear designer, is getting the job.
Norway’s Karen Espelund was “appointed” not “elected” to the position due to her role as chair of the Women’s Football Committee, UEFA told CNN Sport over email. Norwegian Football Association President Lise Klaveness told CNN that the popularity of soccer isn't mirrored in female representation at UEFA. We tend to forget that because we compare it to the phenomenon of men’s football,” Klaveness says. The prize money for this year’s women’s World Cup, which kicks off on July 20, will increase by 300% to $150 million, FIFA President Gianni Infantino announced last month. “They don’t really know: What are the differences between men’s and women’s football?

Some older Americans are building cohousing communities instead of moving into senior living. That was until 2014, when the Salmons and a group of eight other seniors began developing Quimper Village, a cohousing community in Port Townsend for people ages 55 and older. The Salmons are part of a growing coalition of older adults who are choosing to live in cohousing communities with people who are about their same age. The website also highlights amenities such as a bocce court and an art studio, which residents also manage. Though Erde describes herself as an introvert, living at PDX Commons has allowed her to be more social, she said.
